Sunday worked, yaay!
Jan. 10th, 2016 07:09 pmSlight and surprising hiccup at the start where I managed to sleep until mum phoned at 1pm. Which is at least three hours later than I've been oversleeping until lately? And I didn't even stay up reading last night. *shrugs* But after that it worked.
Having a regular order at the supermarket cafe that the staff even know does occasionally seem like a depressing sort of an achievement, but, I like routine, and I like breakfast food, and I therefore like Sunday.
So, we got the foods, we did the shoppings, we went home.
My brother had agreed to watching Iron Man, but then decided he would prefer to watch Van Helsing. Which I do currently own, but having rewatched it for the first time in ages just now, I'm thinking someone else might like to own that instead. I mean, watching it when I'd been looking forward to Iron Man would put it in a bad light, but still. I know I could have insisted on Iron Man, but brother was polite and made actual sentences to ask for Van Helsing, so okay, I can watch my one later.
It's a movie where you have to be in the mood to play along. And I was not. *shrugs*
Mum saw my new lighting and was suitably impressed. Light shades, yaays.
Tomorrow I hope to wake up and get organised early enough to take stuff to the recycle place. I have hoped this for most of winter so far, but, shall continue to hope.
Today worked pretty good.
