I got distracted on DIY sites because someone else was thinking of doing their kitchen floor.
But like vinyl tiles can be little tidy black and white things
or patterns or patterns in color
and the roll out sort can be
https://www.carpetright.co.uk/vinyl/item-colour-code/blues-reds-yellows
https://www.vinylflooringuk.co.uk/room-type/kitchen.html?shade=15
so many patterns
and then like, you walk on it? so it seems a funny place to get decorative?
I like the ones with the bumps for non slip purposes though.
https://www.polymax.co.uk/rubber-matting-and-flooring/kitchen-flooring/rubber-floor-circular-studded-button-tiles/
though I don't know if they walk as good as they look.
But my kitchen is so tiny even if I swapped the floor it wouldn't break the bank.
would have to ask the landlord, and might have a teensy problem where last time I went to carpetright I was allergic to, as far as we could tell, the shop, but, it's not the most expensive thing I could do to my house.
