went to the Ribs for the nsfg thing
suggested some things for future meets, including vampires, immortals, and ideas that were in one episode of a SF TV show that you wish they'd kept around and written actual SF with consequences about. That one doesn't fit in a title so very easily. Is least likely to get a night.
suggested a place for the christmas meal where I can ACTUALLY EAT, because last time the hamburger place was not so great. The others are dubious, but will examine the menu for meat eater options. have at least tried.
had chatting
also two lemonades and some crisps.
didn't finish the crisps yet.
employee had another booked task so we juggled timings but decided made more sense I go early than risk getting stuck after pub closing.
so am home already.
on the plus side, wasn't there long enough to get in any argues.
call that a win.

Meat eater options: unless they have specific food intolerances or allergies, that would be everything on the menu, surely?

yes, in terms of what they *can* eat, which is something we have trouble explaining to them.
But they want meat, so.

we suggested a vegan-and-vegetarian restaurant, because everyone can eat pizza and half the group is vegetarian and yet we keep going to meat places.
