grouchy blobby nothing fits day

beccaelizabethnone of my underthings fit today. My thermals got all tight around the waist and I ran out of bras and only had the one I know ain't comfortable. And it really really really weren't. I spent much of the day adjusting it from excrutiating to mere mild discomfort. Dratted thing really needs thrown out this time.
Also, I checked my weighings, and it isn't sudden shrinkage, it's me.
So now I'm in a grouchy.
Also I was tired and while I spoke up in class I was wrong a few times and wasn't very useful.
I always remember recapitulation theory because of Doctor Who but aside from that I was mostly not so great at interpreting today's text.
Also my sinking feeling I've forgotten how to do academic writing is not going away.
Even though I can make helpful remarks about other people's exam ideas I'm not sure I can translate my irritation at how many essays see sisters and start talking about lesbians into any kind of formal answer to an essay question.

I did make the heater work. Lots of people tried it too and it was mostly luck, but given how cold we were before that, I'll take it. We had much warms later.
... so we might be getting the heating figured out in the last lesson of the semester that we'll be using that room. :eyeroll:

Have two weeks to prepare for a three hour exam covering three texts in two different genres from two different blocks of this semester. ... I think two genres, I should double triple check. Still, I'm doing goblin market and the woman in white, because the teacher provided much secondary reading to go with those and I'm too lazy this semester to do my own research hunting. Probably also throwing in bits from some Ellis woman from the first block, or maybe using the complete lack of women in most of Heart of Darkness to make essay mileage. Have a plan.
... Just fear that the exam will turn out looking like this journal.
