1985 words written about a 1985 movie, My Beautiful Laundrette.
*incredibly* late, it was due in months ago, and I only have one week of the course left. Worth 25% of the marks. And, well, a bit shaky shall we say. I haven't so much been working on it all these extra weeks, I've only had two days of sitting down working on it and one of them got interrupted by falling asleep over my notes. So the current essay represents about ten hours work, total. And looks a whole lot like a first draft. But, importantly, a *finished* first draft. I really can't pass the course without handing something in to go in the relevant box. Even if it is dodgy, 30% of 25% is still more than 0% of anything. So, now I'm going to let it sit and stew, possibly until right before the lesson. But I could send it in right now. And call it finished.
