Police stopped a driver in Huerth, Germany, and discovered that he was wearing only a dog collar. Asked his name, the motorist replied "Woof!" He was later banned from driving.

Dmitry Butakov, 42, invited journalists to Lupetsk to watch him survive the feat, but after his second half litre he collapsed into a coma and later died.
