things arrive
Oct. 22nd, 2005 10:53 amso far today
have discovered that yes, the sleeping area really is totally too small - I had to wake up ever time I wanted to turn over, and I apparently don't like being sideways in my sleep and keep trying to turn 90 degrees and be my usual way around, but there isn't any space there, so I get all L shaped.
then post arrived
parcels first, with underwear and book and Neil Gaiman's Anansi Boys, the US edition with the prettier cover.
then some letters, including one from some people telling me I don't need to pay them any more. Which is nifty, but I'd forgotten why I was paying them in the first place, so I have no idea what is actually going on. Still, it isn't any of the important things, because all those I can identify. So its just mysterious money I no longer pay.
Am realising that part of the reason my finances are working better lately is that the debt I got into at age 18 is finally going away. 10 years later. Debt is sneaky.
I might sleep some more. Had to let the parcels in. Not feeling especially get-up-and-go like.
