Today is Solstice and the BBC ran the traditional story about people being at Stonehenge with silly hats on.
It also mentioned there were 3500 people less than last year, supervised by armed police, and apparently this is fine...
9,500 people is certainly Many still. I went to Stonehenge but by booking in a small group. That was much more my speed.
Still, Solstice. Longest day. Is good.

People have to book a very long way in advance. Like, from here, they can maybe do a couple days in December. March is more open, and April isn't available for booking yet.
