I was going to turn it off
but it started with clips from Queer as Folk
though in what context I don't know, I had the sound turned off and somehow the extreme pinkness got my attention from my peripheral vision
so, leave it on
but now I'm thinking, I own Queer as Folk on DVD. And as far as I know that's the only m/m available to be in the top 100. So there's unlikely to be anything else I want to see.
I found it on the E4 site, and I'm up to the 60s without finding anything paticularly interesting.
There's a couple of lesbian vampire bits.
And a bit from The Mask??? The green face one... with Cameron Diaz. Hmmm.
eta: just saw 67, Saturday Night Fever, and I LOL so much. That's just hilarious. That's meant to be sexy? *giggles muchly*
Ah, better. 65- The Avengers. Not because of naked or vampires or lesbians. Mrs Peel and Steed flirting. I've barely seen any of it, and yet I can see why that belongs on the list.
But they're mostly concentrating on the sadomasochism angle :eyeroll:
62, My Beautiful Laundrette. Omar and Johnny. Yup, again I agree. And own it.
The champagne bit was unscripted? And suddenly it gets even better.
59, The Talented Mr Ripley. Pretty, but depressing. I only ever watched the once.
50, The Wicker Man. That was on the top 100 scariest too. I've only ever seen the ending. There was a character called Willow? Huh.
42, Wierd Science. Sexy? Hilarious, more like.
40, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Specifically sixth season, kinky sex with Spike.

18. Top Gun (1986)
An out and out 80s classic. Cruise is Lt Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell, the top-gun pilot on a testosterone high, Kelly McGillis his devastatingly beautiful flight trainer. Of course they get it together, but it's not their "soft and gentle" love-making that sets this movie on fire. Top Gun has come to be seen as a bona fide, mega-camp gay movie, a theory supported by none other than Quentin Tarantino in his film Sleep With Me. It's easy to see why. A phallic backdrop of jets and motorbikes combines with the fetishism of men in uniform and an atmosphere of bristling testosterone-fuelled competition. The scene in which an oiled up trio of Maverick, Iceman and Slider play volleyball, is regarded as one of the greatest screen representations of homo-eroticism ever. Who'd have thought it?

Ah, yes, the one disc I watch the extras more than the movie.

Which I haven't seen, but, Sarah Michelle Gellar again.
and at 1. Dr No (1962), Ursula Andress character Honey Ryder, emerging from the sea.
Yup. I remember that. I remember very few bond girl moments, but definitely that is one of them.
I'd watched probably more of the Horror list than the Sexy one. Is interesting when things are on both lists.
I'm trying to think of scenes I actually find sexy, and the gay porn aside, there's not a whole lot of memorable sex scenes in my DVD collection. (Er, I was referring to QaF, I lack your actual plotless porn).
Mind you, the vast majority of my collection is PG or U rated, and assorted television shows.
But sexy moments aren't always sex scenes.
Sexiest moment that sprang to mind from BtVS is when Wishverse Xander and Willow kill Cordelia, with Giles watching.
Okay, granted, creepy. But sexy.
Like Angel feeding on Buffy. That was sexier than the actual sex scenes with Riley.
Willow/Tara, with or without magic, very sexy. But actually better with magic. I don't know, it was like they put more effort into the pretty and setting the mood. Maybe.
So now I'm wondering, which do you think of as 'sexy moments', from whatever shows? Only sex scenes?

Also the ones you mentioned, especially when Angel feeds on Buffy. Curiously, when Riley is feeding the vampire is also sexy in a perverse way, and of course all the rough sex scenes between Spike and Buffy - hot, hot, hot.
Hmmmm.....I must ponder on this a while longer. ;)
