beccaelizabethToday I have been Sorting Clothes Out.
I realise everyone else did this like six months ago but I dont anticipate this being very effective.
So far I have four (4) items set aside to maybe Go
even though I realised I pretty much havent opened those draws they live in all year.
I have however got some vacuum store bags out and bagged the summmer clothes and the majority of the party clothes, because I will eventually want them but not at short notice.
Things I have learned so far: I do not need more thermal shirts. Nope. Even if they are sparkly. I have enough that are soft AND sparkly AND warm to last a winter already.
I never get rid of t shirts, but I think I should use another storage bag for the dozen or so of these that I haven't worn for years.
... I have t shirts with no pattern and t shirts with fandoms I might not be that into right now and I want to buy more t shirts because obviously neither of those is the perfect thing. But then I wont wear them. So I should just... pick a week of t shirts and store the rest.
... I think I already did that once and I am not sure I want to open the cupboard to check.
I dont know what shirts I would even want to wear at the moment. Star Labs and Seal of Rassillon I guess. Hmmm, that's not usually tricky.
I think the clothes that are easiest to find and buy are never quite exactly what I was looking for so I get more again later.
Plus it's easy to decide if you want a rainbow bustle or a witch cloak with stars on, but figuring out if things actually fit is not so easy.
Still. In theory progress has been made.
