Kingmaker on the computer

beccaelizabethToday in xbox rpgs I killed a really nasty dragon and
a spawn of Rovagug.
... I would feel more accomplished if I didnt know the difficulty settings did absolutely the most work.
The Spawn kept making the characters go mad and try and kill each other, and I dont remember which spells can fix that, but the one with all the heal spells was among the fighty ones. So that was a teensy bit difficult.
The Dragon we could only hit on 20s. Even after I turned off all the things that make hitting more difficult. This would have been a problem, except we were protected against cold and acid and it couldnt hit us. We were only protected against cold because I hit the wrong button, so, that was lucky. But it meant we could just summon a bunch of stuff and hang out waiting for enough 20s.
I feel like we shouldnt have gotten away with that.
But! In theory? Big wins! Very difficult! Some really nasty monsters done away with!
Also I have progressed the story past the point the other play through got to. And my Kingdom is Serene and generally pretty happy. ... which wont last unless I start figuring out what we're meant to do next and how to make my advisors better at winning, but it's nice for now.
At some point I hope to see how this adventure ends.
But when I get achievements on this game they say some teensy tiny percent of people ever get that one, and I reckon it's because sensible people give up after the first hundred crashes.
Oh well. Still pretty cool.
