I do not know what they are doing outside
with what sound like road drills and assorted power tools and growly things
but it is Loud

I managed to sleep until 1300 anyway (since past 0800)(not a great sleep night)

and now I feel
so much worse
than when I went to sleep.

Dont know how long the noisies happened.
Do know the fire alarm test woke me up once but I went right back to sleep.
So I was tired enough to sleep through this, but not weird enough to get rest.

Today is Cancelled until further notice.
