I am at the part of my wandering sleep cycle where I have to get up in the middle of my sleeps to do regular tasks, then try and get back to sleep, then sleep until not sleepy.
Which takes a long time and makes me grumpy.

I like that my sleep graph now shows my wandering sleep quite neatly with sloping patterns on the start finish times, but it's less useful if I play on the xbox at all, because apparently my watch thinks I'm asleep then.

I kind of don't want to play the games because I want to play a new different game which is exactly like that but not that. Pathfinder theoretically ought to be excellent for that, I have so many I haven't finished reading yet. I have other adventure paths to read but not to play on the box, since Kingmaker is unplayable.

Also I am very aware that there is more to life than fits in my flat, in theory, but, it has been. A while.

I want to write but I want to write new characters doing the adventure, which is not wildly fascinating to read. Or new characters doing new adventures, which as it turns out I'm not great at inventing, because I get stuck on what clothes to buy them and what the supply chain for those would look like and what fabrics even existed at that tech level and basically fail to make an adventure of it.

Or to do the historical research beyond wiki wandering. Because I keep getting distracted by the next linked thing rather than going in any depth.

I kind of want to hibernate.



All in all, I am not interactive, I am not getting much reading done, or much else, and it is a bit frustrating.


Also it is December.

Every year I remember once again why all the extra activity with the lights and the friends is an excellent idea in this season.
