would Mac's testimony stand up now anyway? I mean he lied in the first place. Or at least logically he lied one time or the other. The pay issue is just added problem.

very convenient and tidy this story is. all the bad people kill each other except the Immortal one Mac takes care of.
One of the reasons I like Highlander, when in a certain mood. Squish! Stab! All tidy goes the problems.
