beccaelizabethI've got about 1800 words in a file called 'random snips', and goodness knows how many thousands of words in the 'spare words' file for this story. Everything I take out I paste in the other one, in case it needs it later.
Is very frustrating, having made all these words but the actual story still only crawling along.
They keep on sitting around talking. But they can't just be all apologising for everything and declaring eternal love and that, because then very short story. So they're actually Not Talking About, and then they sort of don't go anywhere, and... gah!
Is worse than getting Giles and Wesley to talk was. Because there's a bazillion words, but I'm having trouble finding the story in them.

also, the more I write, the more I think my Ethan is not in fact much like Ethan from canon, or the Ethan I thought I was writing, or, you know, anyone. meh.
