The PDP requires you to do goal setting, and goal setting requires you to figure out your values, and come up with a mission statement.
I'm beginning to think this place is on the list so we can discover how useless it is.
Or possibly because whoever invented the course just googled "Personal Development Plan", because this does come up first on google.
Now I'm totally sidetracked. Tell a goth to go think up epitaphs? Hello to the research!
