nearly three in the morning... Yes I am nuts, why do you ask?

First, Jack *did* give Tosh the relevant orders. First he told her to seal the base and get help if he didn't come back, because they must not let the cyberman out. He said it clear and plain.
Then he told the whole group they had to stop the thing.

So when she unsealed the base on her own initiative it was in clear contravention of that order. Even if it weren't an order she liked.
Attached to the base, maybe. Attached to the team, definitely. Didn't want to follow orders that would mean leaving.
Or it could be a more focused not wanting to leave (who?)

Second - that last line up, with the four with guns and Ianto staring at them. Gwen looked away. The others stared right back. But Gwen you see the back of her head. Had her gun up along with the rest, but couldn't face him.

Also, that ear thing, the silver and blue... Makes Jack distinctive even compared to the group and links him to the light scheme in this one.
Torchwood tech, and just a little hint of cyber?

I still love this episode.

Couldn't resist the Next Week bit on second viewing. Looks like it will be good too.

I've so got out the habit of watching things one episode at a time. Waiting between episodes is just... Gah!

I must have heard that line wrong, because I'm almost POSITIVE that Tosh said she accidentally tripped the circuit... oops.

Huh... I saw it as more of an accident. Never mind.
