beccaelizabethI just had the thought - it's a lot more difficult to retcon a tattoo.
Which suggests there isn't a routine Torchwood T everywhere :-(
But also leads to plot.
I mean, not if whoever dishes out the retcon knows about the ink, but if it's kept covered all the time?
