beccaelizabethI have concluded my script that I finished a draft of is boring. Really, really boring. Boringest.
So now, instead of the necessary going through it making conversations better and that stuff that would make it the same script only better, my brain keeps working on the next episode. Which will be awesome. Obviously. Especially in my head.
... if I get to the end of it and conclude it is all Boring I would not be at all surprised.
So. Until I get some beta feedback on my script that is done I have an excuse to not look at it again and keep working on The New Shiny. The trouble is I know that means my work won't get better than a first draft. Which would be Bad.
(Anyone want to beta an original starships in space sort of script?)
(There's two guys down the pub said they'd read it, but, well, not the same thing.)
I might have to throw in a lot more Things That Happen. Except I think quite a lot of things happen. I've seen stories on TV where this many things happen and they weren't boring.
So it's just my writing then.
So I just have to make it more interesting and better.
